Community management & Competition Management Each edition, each day of this competition comes with new challenges. Attempts to defraud pre-selections, unexpected withdrawals from coaches or competitors, disgruntled competitors who think they have been disadvantaged, errors in the software used for registration, total loss of the site and content, blocking of candidacy links by Facebook , coaches dissatisfied with their students, we encountered a thousand problems and each time we had to come up with some solutions tailored to them in order to bring the ongoing edition to a successful conclusion.

We have learned from the challenges that appeared at each edition and we have improved the processes to make it easier for us in the next edition and not to face them again. Permanent communication with coaches and competitors  involved in the competition can save Phone Number Data you from possible problems, this was our conclusion since the first edition. For this reason, competitors and coaches have their own dedicated channels where they can contact us if they encounter problems creating diaries, if they need advice to communicate more effectively with students/coaches, if they need help creating reviews or want to informs us of a delay in the delivery of the materials.



Progress check and support for competitors and coaches to achieve the content We closely check the progress of the teams to be able to intervene if one of the teams does not cope with the requirements of the competition. Communication with the teams is carried out almost daily, and the materials are checked weekly. This check is stricter at the beginning so that the coaches and competitors get used to the procedures and respecting the requirements and deadlines. Tips for competitors and coaches to promote their content and be more visible During the competition, we also had vloggers/bloggers who became competitors, but we also encountered situations where former competitors became influencers in their micro-communities after participating in the competition and after gathering knowledge about the fitness industry. Right from the start event, we explain to them the importance of promoting their activity in the online environment.
